Newshosting is a Tier-1 service provider. This means they have separate servers and management than their resellers, which is good. Newshosting has an unlimited special offer for $10/month. So choosing Newshosting as your main unlimited account is a good idea.
I would recommend in the future adding a “fill server” or “block account” to newshosting from usenet-news IF you see a lot of incompletes. Some people will not see any incompletes, others do. This happens with all usenet servers, and it really depends on what you’re getting.
Of course, if you really want close to 100% completion on every single thing on usenet, you might consider adding usenet-news and astraweb together with Newshosting. This will completely get rid of incompletes for the most part in my experience.
