My Diamondback is still kicking after 3 or 4 years and I play RTS, FPS, and RPG games obsessively.

Interesting. Never heard much complaints about the Razer mice. I haven't tried them all, possibly some of Logitech's offerings could take a better beating. I know for a fact that the Saitek mice can't take it. I'm pretty aggressive myself with keyboards and mice, but I suppose you'd have to be to even be part of the targeted market for these kinds of mice.

I'm starting to doubt the quality of Razer mice (plural?). I'm using a Deathadder now, which is actually the 3rd Razer mouse that I bought; first one is Copperhead, 2nd is another Deathadder. Pretty much, they can't take the beating from a competitive gamer like me (RTS player with high apm). The left click becomes defective.
