The board only supports 1 x 240Pin so you are wasting money on a 2x kit. 2. The onboard video is probably comparable to the radeon 7k 3. It only has one PCI expansion, you might go with one without onboard video that has PCI-e and get an All-in-wonder instead of using a slow USB capture. 4. If you go 3.5" SATA, get a 1TB :) I think I'd go with something a bit better. Staying in your budget will take a bit of work but the result will be better.
