I’ve checked it out, and it seems like a lot of the methods for the 3RROD will work for this issue, since it’s usually caused by the same problem. (cold solder joint)

Also, I found that my SATA port will work with flashing it, I’m not up on all the details about firmware modding yet, but it shouldn’t be all that difficult.

I wanted a 360 controller for my PC, figured why not get the whole Xbox for a little more?

I’m sure I’ll be trying lots of different things to try and get it to work I’d be amazed if it was a simple fix, but you never know.
