My Experience With Affiliate Networks So Far

Tuesday, September 22nd, 2009

I’m a member of three affiliate networks currently, MarketLeverage, COPEAC, and Clickbooth. What’s my experience with each of them?

MarketLeverage – VERY quick payments, I mean usually I get payment on the 14th or 15th because they FedEx payments. I’m thinking about driving MUCH more traffic to them because they seem to have fairly stable converting offers, and the best payment time. I’m working on a few campaigns for them, and I might try to push myself over $1K per week to get weekly payments. Currently I’ve only made about $2.5K with them.

COPEAC – Some interesting exclusive offers, but overall they seem to have a lot of what other networks have. Still, they’re definitely a good network to have. My first payment from them was delayed quite a bit because I had to send in my ID. No idea why, but other than that no issues with them at all.

ClickBooth – Some really nice exclusive offers, I’ve actually made a thousand or so off of one offer because it converted so well. Payments arrived as expected everytime. I would recommend them to others. They seem to have a bit of a bad reputation on places like WickedFire, but whatever happened was a long time ago and I think they’re fine now. I’ve actually made the most with them.

I’m thinking about going out and joining some more networks to find some more highly profitable campaigns, but really so far in Affiliate Marketing, I have had no bad experiences with networks. Of course, that may be because I chose networks that did have a reputation and not some “unknown” network. All three of these networks are awesome, so check them out.

CPA Empire AKA Affiliate.com Review & Experience

Tuesday, April 28th, 2009

I applied for Affiliate.com or CPA Empire on Thursday. The next day I had a denied email sitting in my inbox. Okay, so I went ahead and contacted them via email to find out why, other than theĀ  generic message they sent. A few hours later I decided why not just call them, so I did. No one was there so I left a message. Anyway I expected them to contact me back on Monday, I had nothing in my inbox, nor any phone calls from them.

So I decided I would email them again, using a different support contact email. (other than Help _at_ affiliate.com) It’s now Tuesday, and I STILL haven’t heard a peep from Affiliate.com. I heard they were a reputable company, wouldn’t a reputable company contact you back after two emails and one phone call to at least explain why they denied my application? Another thing I don’t like is that they didn’t even call me before sending out the denied email.

I have zero respect for affiliate.com at this point. If all they can do is send out generated emails, then they’re not worth my time anyway. I have to say, my ClickBooth application process was around 1000X better in terms of actually contacting a human being.

Stay away from them if you want to actually have support. I’m sure they denied me because this website isn’t high traffic but I was VERY specific in the application that I would be doing PPC campaigns and other SEO methods to promote the offers.

I am not upset at the denial, just the blatant lack of support and communication.
